MIRAMAS INITIAL HEALTH EVALUATION
As a result of her background and experience working with diverse patients and treatments, Dr. Kershaw now performs an Initial Health Evaluation for each new patient that wants to become her patient. Note that those individuals that want to do a classical PSE treatment do not have to undergo the Initial Health Evalation.
The importance of this stage is often overlooked, and the potential patients must be made aware that this is a step designed to replace our traditional initial consult, in order to streamline the process and save both time and money.
The process
After an introductory contact with us, the patient will schedule the Initial Health Evaluation with Dr. Kershaw (that will be done over the phone) and place their payment information on file and a welcome package will be sent out.
The patient must return completed forms to Miramas Health Consulting team at least 3 days prior to the scheduled Initial Health Evaluation appointment. If they have not been received by then the appointment will be cancelled (with a $25 administration fee being charged to your account if you didn’t cancel the appointment by that time).
Once the forms have been received then Dr. Kershaw will review and study the New Patient Intake Form so that she is prepared and the phone conversation is more productive. After the phone consultation is over the full initial assessment fee of $80 plus GST will be charged to your account. The consultation fee does not include any remedy or remedies recommended.
Dr. Kershaw will phone you directly at the appointed time and the conversation should last between 30-45 minutes. At the end of the conversation there are several possible outcomes for next steps:
- General health advise is given
- Referral to a practitioner/s within her network
- Remedy/dies will be recommended
- To be mailed or picked up at our clinic, patient’s choice
- Specific treatment or treatments will be suggested to be done at the Miramas Clinic
